I make every effort to ensure all my products don't leave the studio until I'm completely happy with the quality, workmanship and packaging. However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify me (within 2 days of receiving the item/s) to arrange a return. Once the item has been received back (in the original, unused condition) a replacement or refund can be arranged - please be aware that the buyer pays the return postage.
